We have provided these services for Government customers.
Provided technical management expertise, information systems engineering, computer networking and telecommunications, standards and managerial expertise to the US DOD and the Center for Technology Standards.
Led a Joint Technical Architecture Integrated Product Team for incorporating commercial standards such as the Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM), IP over ATM, and TCP/IP Specifications and Standards; Represented DOD on the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Committee for Telecommunications Performance Standards and Signal Processing Standards.
Presented technical analysis and evaluation of DOD Mission Need Statements (MNS), Operational Requirements Documents Statements (ORDS), and Test & Evaluation Management Plans (TEMPS). Presented findings to DOD and the four services.
Directed development of C3 functional Interoperability architectures for operations such as Air Defense/Airspace Control, Fire Support Operations, Land Combat Operations, and JTF HQ Operations.
